Our Lady of Lourdes School provides need based Scholarships to school families who cannot afford to pay their total educational costs.

Based on expected enrollment, the current year need, and the projected future level of need, our goal is to raise $120,000 each year for scholarship aid. The amount of scholarship aid we are able to give is directly dependent on the amount we are able to raise through the Angels for Education Annual Giving Campaign. We encourage everyone who values Catholic education to contribute as they are able.
Angels for Education Annual Giving Campaign generates funding in support of four need-based scholarship funds:
Sister Mary Leona Father Dillon Fund
Named in honor of Sister Mary Leona Miller who taught at OLL for over 20 years, and Father Robert Dillon who was responsible for the building of OLL (then St. James School) in 1956.This fund is used in its entirety each year.Jeanne Berens Ghormley Scholarship Fund
Created in 2001 to honor Jeanne Berens Ghormley, former OLL teacher and parent on her 70th birthday. Mrs. Ghormley passed away in 2007. This fund is used in its entirety each year.Gabriel Antonio Fazio Scholarship Fund
This fund was created in memory of the son of Kathy and Marc Fazio. The fund is invested with the Community Foundation of Southwest Washington. The earnings generated by the fund are available for annual tuition assistance. Our goal is to increase the fund each year and maintain the principal value of the fund at $100,000+. By doing so we will ensure that future, as well as current students will have access to scholarship aid.The Bill Lothspeich Memorial Scholarship Fund
This fund was created in 2011 in memory of Bill Lothspeich, long-time member of Our Lady of Lourdes parish, former Our Lady of Lourdes School parent, and education in Vancouver Schools.
